Polka Tots use Australia Post for all deliveries. The freight charge will be fixed at AU$8.00 and is added to your order before processing your payment. This way you will know the final charge being made to your credit card. International orders will incur additional postage costs.

Your order will be dispatched within 24/48hrs, or the next working day. This usually means you will receive your Polka Tots order within 4 to 7 days.  In the case of returned goods, freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless an error was made by Polka Tots supplying incorrect or defective goods, in which case Polka Tots will pay the freight. Polka tots want to ensure that its customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not, simply return the merchandise, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days and we will either exchange the product or refund your payment.

Refunds will be made for your original purchase price minus postage costs. There are no refunds or exchanges on bedding or skincare products unless there is a defect. You are responsible for the postage cost (both ways) on all exchanged/returned items unless there is a defect or the wrong product has been supplied.
